What we do

Housing Associations

Partnered development with housing associations is the heart of the practice, accounting for around 80% of our commissions.

01Overview

Our core specialism — partnered homes designed around the people who live in them.

Over three decades we have designed a wide range of housing for the social sector: general needs, older persons' and young persons' housing, wheelchair-accessible and supported housing, and residential care — across rented, shared-ownership and outright-sale tenures, in houses, flats and bungalows.

We have delivered schemes to Code for Sustainable Homes Levels 3 and 4, incorporating a range of sustainable heating solutions. Throughout, we work closely with clients and contractors to make sure designs are buildable, cost-effective and a pleasure to live in.
